Our next full- scale musical is Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat which will be performed in Stanwell School the w/c 30th March.
All groups will be invited to participate in the show. From GoGoGo dancers to Pharoah’s entourage and the choir, there are lots of roles for everyone!
Principle auditions will be held on Saturday 13th September 10am- midday in Sully. If cast, principles must attend these Saturday morning classes. The audition workshop is very informal but those wishing to be considered for a solo part will be required to prepare a specific song (below). Students may audition for more than one role.
Narrator- Jacob and Sons (up to 1 minute 15 seconds)
Joseph- Close Every Door To Me (up to 1 minute 30 seconds)
11 Brothers- One More Angel in Heaven (up to 1 minute 30 seconds) OR Benjamin Calypso (up to 1 minute 9 seconds)
Jacob- Jacob and Songs/ Joseph’s Coat (2:05- 2:21)
Pharoah- Song of the King (up to 1 minute 14 seconds)
Butler, Baker, Potiphar, Mrs. Potiphar- selected from Ensemble.
